Alex Khvatov:  Describe your first day of practice at the East/West Shrine Game.  How would you grade your overall performance?
Cassius Marsh:  I would give myself a B minus.  I think that I gave a good effort out there.  It is a new atmosphere.  I didn’t know what to expect.  I didn’t know the drills.  I am learning and having fun out there.  I am competing.  I am trying to get better.
Alex Khvatov:  What did you learn from the coaches on the field?
Cassius Marsh:  They gave me a couple of tips where to attack the ball.  They gave me tips about leverage.
Alex Khvatov:  What are your strengths?
Cassius Marsh:  I have great speed.  I have good quickness and suddenness.  I work my hands very well.  I also give outstanding effort.
Alex Khvatov:  What are you trying to improve upon this week?
Cassius Marsh:  I am trying to work on my run technique.  I need to work on my stance.  I need to learn a little bit more.  I am trying to soak up as much as I can.
Alex Khvatov:  What is the highlight of your career?
Cassius Marsh:  My favorite game was against USC this year.  My highlight was getting 10 wins this year at UCLA.  We haven’t done that in like 17 years.  It was a great accomplishment for our senior class.
Alex Khvatov:  Finish the sentence, Cassius Marsh is….
Cassius Marsh:  On the football field, I am very high octane.  I love to compete.  I love to workout.  Off the field, I am a homebody.  I am very relaxed.  I like to spend time with my girlfriend.
