Alex Khvatov:  Describe your experience at the East/West Shrine Game.  How would you grade your overall performance?
Ben Malena:  It is an honor to be here.  It is an honor that the Shrine committee recognized me as one of the special talents.  It is great environment where these scouts can further evaluate my play.  On a personal note, I feel that I am making plays every day.  I am trying to display my speed, catching ability and pass pro.  I am displaying my overall game to these scouts.
Alex Khvatov:  What is your greatest strength?
Ben Malena:  I make plays.  Special players make plays and that is where I succeed.
Alex Khvatov:  What has been the highlight of this Shrine Game experience?
Ben Malena:  I would say going to the Shriners Hospital.  We put a smile on the kids’ faces.  It made us appreciate just how blessed we are.
Alex Khvatov:  Describe your experience of playing with QB Johnny Manziel.
Ben Malena:  It was everything that you would think it would be like.  It was almost like a video game.  I was playing with the best player in the country.  He has the potential to be a number one pick.
Alex Khvatov:  Tell us about your career with the Aggies.
Ben Malena:  I was very productive within the scheme.  We have a QB driven offense.  I did exactly what the coaches asked me to do.  I made plays when I got the opportunities.
Alex Khvatov:  Finish the sentence, Ben Malena is….
Ben Malena:  Playmaker.  I am a person that will do anything to win.  I am a person that wakes up with aspirations to get better.
