Overall:

A record-breaking WR has had a superb postseason so far.  He had an outstanding Senior Bowl week in Mobile.  He also demonstrated his athleticism and 4.45 speed at the Scouting Combine.  Jones has outstanding hands and he makes a living catching the ball in the middle of the field.  Unfortunately, I don’t see that speed on the football field.  He doesn’t create much separation and lacks suddenness out of his breaks.  I believe his upside is limited.  He is a slot receiver at the next level.  He should be a Day 2 pick.  After carefully evaluating his film, I don’t see him becoming a difference maker in the NFL.
